Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in the state of Oregon or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
• Experience with pediatric populations, particularly within educational or healthcare settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to deliver remote services as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse student population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Provide direct therapy services on-site or via telepractice, adapting strategies to maximize student success
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to holistic student support plans
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation required by the district
