Preferred Skills and Experience:

• SLP state license eligible or current (Oregon licensure preferred)
• Experience in schools setting (PreK-12) desired
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Comfortable with pediatric caseloads and school-based service delivery
• Teletherapy and on-site therapy experience are assets
• Effective communication and collaborative skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Deliver services via teletherapy and/or in-person modalities
• Craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Consult with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document services and student progress per school and state guidelines
• Support student success through dynamic interventions and advocacy
