Ideal candidates bring experience in pediatric care, school-based settings, and teletherapy, and hold current SLP credentials, including ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are progressing through their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You will enjoy collaborating with educators and families to empower students to overcome communication barriers.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Valid state SLP licensure
• ASHA CCC or eligible CFY status
• Background in pediatric and school-based therapy
• Experience in teletherapy (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized assessments
• Develop and deliver IEP-based speech-language therapy sessions, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Track progress and maintain detailed documentation as required by the school system
• Provide guidance and support for classroom-based language interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing effective goals
