Assistant Project ManagerAs the Assistant Project Manager (APM), you will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing selective demolition projects. The APM ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities – Project Coordination & ExecutionAssist in planning and scheduling project tasks, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budgetsSupport the Project Manager in tracking project progress, identifying issues, and implementing solutionsCoordinate with field teams to ensure resources, materials, and equipment are available as neededHelp manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standardsKey Responsibilities – Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate project documentation, including RFI's, submittals, change orders, and daily reportsAssist in reviewing project plans, contracts, and specifications to identify scope and deliverablesKey Responsibilities – Safety & ComplianceEnsure that all work is performed in compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and industry regulationsConduct job site visits to monitor safety conditions and support corrective actions as neededKey Responsibilities – Communication & Stakeholder CoordinationAct as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communicationsAttend project meetings, contribute to discussions, and assist in resolving project-related concernsSupport client relations by addressing questions and coordinating project logistics
