Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both in virtual sessions and potentially in community outreach programs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Conduct thorough, evidence-based assessments and screenings to inform treatment plans and monitor progress effectively.

• Develop, coordinate, and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address presenting issues while promoting wellness and recovery.

• Assist in crisis intervention strategies, ensuring timely and effective responses to client emergencies.

• Participate in the organization’s quality improvement initiatives by contributing to committees focusing on service delivery enhancement.

• Document client interactions accurately and submit necessary reports timely, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practices.

The client population served by the Urban Renewal Center includes individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds, facing unique challenges related to mental health. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, and a valid state-issued LPC license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
