Staff Accountant

Staff AccountantThe Staff Accountant at Deceuninck North America will be responsible for assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes, maintaining and reconciling accounts and balance sheets. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable functions and fixed asset management. The Staff Accountant will also prepare and analyze company financial reporting and support internal and external audit processes.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.2 to 5 years prior Accounts Payable or accounting related experience.Knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.Advanced competency in accounting and business management software, such as NetSuite or SAP experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc).Keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and work ethics.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGreat time management and organizational skills.Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.What We Offer:Medical, Dental and Vision (effective your first day)Company paid life insurance as well as short- and long-term disability401(k) with 6% company matchA positive team orientated culture
