Job Description Job Description Position Summary: The Chair Assembler I supports the production team by assembling components used in dental chair manufacturing. This position involves light mechanical assembly, inspecting parts, using basic hand tools, and following established work instructions whilemaintainingquality and productivity standards. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble, position, and align parts and components according to established work instructions. Use basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and other assembly equipment. Inspect parts and components for defects, damage, or quality concerns. Follow established production and safety procedures. Properly care for assigned tools/equipment and complete required documentation accurately. Maintain workstation materials,assistwith inventory counts, and keep the work area clean and organized. Meet established production/quality expectations and performadditionalassigned production duties. Educational and Skill Requirements: Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use small hand tools. Previousmanufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred but notrequired. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods (65–100% ofshift). Frequent lifting of 1–5 lbs. and repetitive use of arms, wrists, and hands. Occasional walking, carrying, reaching, and pushing/pulling up to 10 lbs. Good manual dexterity, vision, and hearing for light mechanical assembly work. Equipment Used: Basic hand tools, scales, computers, hand presses, drill presses, andrequiredPPE such as safety glasses. Work Schedule and Pay: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM; occasional overtime may berequired. Regular and reliable attendance is expected. Pay Rate:$17.50/hr Temp-to-Hire with the opportunity for permanent placement. Benefits We Offer: Sick Pay – Accrual-based; eligible for use after90 days. Holiday Bonus– After30 days.
