Ready to take the next step in your customer service career? We're partnering with a well-established company in the insurance industry that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and supportive team!
In this contract role, you'll help members and policyholders by answering questions related to life, health, and disability insurance coverage. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service over the phone, this could be a great fit for you.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional, friendly support.
- Assist with questions related to policy benefits, billing, claims, payments, and coverage details.
- Accurately update customer information and document interactions in company systems.
- Make outbound follow-up calls as needed to resolve issues and complete service requests.
- Support members from a variety of professional organizations, including educators, engineers, pilots, and service members.
- Maintain accuracy, quality standards, and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or call center experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling conversations involving billing, claims, and account inquiries.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Experience with both inbound and outbound calling is a plus.
