Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating great customer experiences? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team supporting members and policyholders within the insurance industry.
This contract opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys assisting customers over the phone. In this role, you'll answer questions related to insurance coverage, benefits, billing, claims, and account activity while providing exceptional service and support.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Handle inbound calls from policyholders, members, and provider offices
✅ Assist with questions regarding coverage, benefits, billing, payments, and claims
✅ Accurately update customer records and document interactions in company systems
✅ Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed to resolve issues and service requests
✅ Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and accuracy standards
✅ Work with members from a variety of professional organizations and associations

What We're Looking For:
✔ Prior customer service or call center experience
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
✔ Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
✔ Experience with inbound/outbound calls preferred
✔ A positive attitude and passion for helping others
