In this role, you'll answer questions related to insurance coverage, benefits, billing, claims, and account activity while providing exceptional service and support.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Handle inbound calls from policyholders, members, and provider offices

✅ Assist with questions regarding coverage, benefits, billing, payments, and claims

✅ Accurately update customer records and document interactions in company systems

✅ Conduct outbound follow-up calls as needed to resolve issues and service requests

✅ Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and accuracy standards

✅ Work with members from a variety of professional organizations and associations

What We're Looking For:
