- Answer all incoming telephone calls in a helpful and courteous manner
- Greet individuals as they enter Givens Estates and provide directions as required. Monitor the lobby entrance for individuals needing assistance
- Assist with administrative and word processing needs including updating policies and procedures, development of documents, written correspondence, forms, and spreadsheets
- Annually audit the IL resident database, communicate with IL residents and update resident data based on responses
- Manage the contract database and all supporting documentation
- Update Quantum database with new and changing resident phone information
- Create content and manage digital signage for improved resident and guest experience
- Update various databases, reports and documents due to resident off-boarding
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and have the ability to learn and use MatrixCare and Microsoft SharePoint
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant and/or experience working in bookkeeping is preferred
- Telephone Receptionist experience is preferred
- Minimum of a High School education or GED equivalent is preferred
