Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Appropriate state licensure or eligibility
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates invited to apply
• Experience in pediatric or school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans and maintain effective documentation

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students onsite, addressing a variety of communication disorders
• Administer evaluations, interpret assessment data, and report findings to staff and families
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
