Make a meaningful impact supporting students and school communities as a contract social worker. You'll play a critical role in nurturing academic, emotional, and social development, working closely with educators and families to ensure every child’s well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification as a school social worker
• Previous experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with staff and parents
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple cases/accounts
• Ability to uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and interventions to students facing academic, behavioral, or social challenges
• Develop individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educational teams
• Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
• Connect families with community resources and advocate for student needs
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and serve as a resource on mental health
• Offer crisis intervention and support in urgent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with school and legal protocols
