Gym Front Desk Supervisor - Member Experience Leader

New York Sports Club is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to ensure a welcoming member experience during opening and closing hours. You will lead Service & Sales Representatives, support retention efforts, and assist with AR collections while maintaining high service standards. The role requires 2–3 years of customer service, at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and AED/CPR certification. Candidates must be ready to learn the club's POS, timekeeping, and membership systems and work a #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Sports Clubs and our Family of Brands
