Hiring Immediately – General Utility Worker

Weekly Pay Potential: Up to $1,200/week (with overtime!)

Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM – 3:45 PM | Mon–Fri + Most Saturdays

We’re hiring General Utility Workers to join a fast-paced food production facility . This is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with incredible growth potential, union benefits, and consistent overtime .

What You’ll Do

You’ll rotate across key production areas, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently:

• Sanitation: Clean and disinfect machinery, break down materials, and maintain a safe production area
• Packing: Pack finished goods into boxes and inspect for defects
• ️ Labeling: Ensure correct labeling and complete required documentation
• Palletizing: Stack and organize boxes (up to 50 lbs) onto pallets
• Material Handling: Use pallet jacks to move finished products
• Support Production: Assist with machine start-ups and sanitation processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of consistent work history
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously
• Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented mindset

➕ Preferred Experience (Not Required)

• Production or manufacturing experience
• Packaging, inspection, or general labor

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
