Recruiter – On Site (Bilingual Preferred) Elgin, IL–Permanent, 1st shift (6:30 am – Monday‑Friday) We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to lead our staffing efforts on site. This role blends recruiting, client liaison, and supervisory responsibilities in a light‑industrial environment. Key Responsibilities Source, interview, and hire qualified candidates for client assignments. Communicate daily with clients to assess staffing needs and provide status updates. Serve as the liaison between the client and our staffing organization, ensuring seamless coordination. Handle and process new hire applications, including onboarding documentation. Promote safety and compliance in the workplace. Qualifications Prior recruiting experience in the light‑industrial sector. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Strong supervisory experience strongly preferred. Bilingual (English and another language) preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year.
