Seeking BE/BC Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join well-known practice.

• Join a tight-knit team of 14 Physicians and 12 APPs
• 14-16 shifts per month
• Shifts are a combination of 8-12 hours
• 24/7 APP Support
• Primary location: 67 ICU/CCU Beds
• Secondary location: 7 ICU Beds

• Serve as a Regional Referral Hub Provide care to a broad, diverse tertiary service area of 1.5 million across central Iowa.
• Practice in an Advanced Clinical Environment Work within a highly specialized system featuring a Neuro Trauma ICU and a closed ICU model designed for high-quality, team-based care.
• Cutting-Edge Technology Access to O-arm imaging, bi-plane suite, minimally invasive capabilities, and multiple navigation stations.
• Certified Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center

• Competitive Base Salary with Built-in Growth:
• Year 1: $420,000 Year 2: $432,000 Years 3+ $568,379
• Recruitment incentive: $150,000
• Moving allowance up to $15,000
• Annual CME allowance: $6,000
