Our employees' tenure says it all! Position Summary Manage full employee life cycle (recruiting, onboarding, changes, and off-boarding). Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws including employment, OSHA and insurance Ensure compliance with all company SOP and guidelines Update and communicate HR policies, handbooks, and SOP Responsible for payroll and benefits Maintains confidential employment records Develop and execute employee events.
