This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where no two days look the same, and where your ability to stay calm, follow through, and take ownership makes a direct impact on patients and the clinical team.Pay: ~$17/HRLocation: Duluth, Georgia 30097What We Offer:• Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Paid Time Off • Family Building and Parental Leave Benefits • 401(k) with employer matching up to 4% • Structured onboarding with a 30/60/90-day development plan and ongoing support from clinic leadership • Clear growth pathways; many of our front desk team members have advanced into clinic management, operations, and leadership roles • A collaborative team culture where no one is left on an island; you'll have access to leadership and a built-in buddy system across clinic locationsResponsibilities:• Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources• Manage front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls• Review, schedule, and follow up on incoming referrals by gathering information, creating or updating patient records, and helping patients understand next steps • Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments, working waitlists, filling cancellations, and following up with patients who need future visits • Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments accurately and professionally, including basic payment tracking or reconciliation when needed • Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentationQualifications:• High School Diploma or GED• Experience in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, or similar clinical office setting preferred but not required. • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-up skills • Comfort using computers, phones, scheduling systems, electronic medical records, email, and basic spreadsheets • Ability to discuss payments, scheduling expectations, and basic insurance information with professionalism • A calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the teamAbout:Confluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
