Medical Receptionist

Become a part of our caring community As a Medical Receptionist, you will report to the Center Administrator. This is an onsite outpatient setting located at our Stone Mountain, GA Clinic. You Will Perform Clinical Duties Such As Operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Greets visitors and determines the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes and maintains visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Responds to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as the organization's location, hours of operation, phone numbers, and/or email address. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages This role is considered patient facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. Required Qualifications Use your skills to make an impact High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of medical reception experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Preferred Qualifications Value-based care model experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $38,000 - $45,800 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
