Job Description

The  CFS Warehouse Coordinator supports daily warehouse and logistics operations within the Configuration & Fulfillment Services (CFS) environment. This role is responsible for coordinating material flow, inventory handling, order staging, packing support, and shipment preparation to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

The Warehouse Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting device provisioning and fulfillment operations by ensuring materials and finished goods are properly received, tracked, staged, and shipped in alignment with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

• Receive, verify, and process inbound materials, ensuring accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Coordinate staging of materials and devices to support production and fulfillment workflows.
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking using  SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.

Order Staging & Fulfillment Support

• Stage materials and devices for production, configuration, and shipment.
• Support packing operations by preparing orders, verifying contents, and ensuring readiness for shipment.
• Ensure all orders are properly labeled, documented, and prepared for outbound shipping.

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight providers.
• Generate and manage shipping labels, documentation, and tracking information.
• Ensure shipments are processed and staged on time to meet daily carrier pickup schedules and SLAs.

SAP System Transactions

• Execute warehouse transactions in  SAP including goods receipt, inventory movements, stock transfers, and shipment processing.
• Maintain accurate system records to ensure inventory visibility and operational reporting.
• Support troubleshooting of inventory discrepancies within SAP.

Operational Support

• Partner with Production Leads, Engineers, and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure alignment between material availability and production demand.
• Assist in prioritizing workload based on order urgency and SLA requirements.
• Support high-volume deployment projects and customer programs.

Process & Compliance

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory management.
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with packaging standards and shipping requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Experience working with inventory management systems such as  SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and shipping processes.
• Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in device provisioning, IT hardware logistics, or configuration environments.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning tools.
• Experience supporting SLA-driven operations.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement practices.
