Commercial Event Manager

Event Marketing Manager Direct Hire Key Responsibilities Build and execute strategic event and client engagement programs. Analyze event performance and ROI to improve future initiatives. Develop premium client experiences that increase engagement and retention. Coordinate budgets, vendor partnerships, contracts, and event logistics. Create standardized event processes, playbooks, and reporting. Work cross-functionally to align event strategy with sales and marketing objectives. Oversee client entertainment programs and special engagement opportunities. Travel as needed to manage on-site event execution. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or client engagement. Demonstrated success leading large-scale events from planning through execution. Strong organizational, project management, and vendor negotiation skills. Experience using CRM platforms and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel regularly.
