Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with 4-8 years of experience in engineering and construction law matters and commercial procurement contracts in energy and infrastructure project development to join their Energy and Climate Solutions Group in Salt Lake City. This group offers opportunities to work on innovative and complex projects in the energy sector. Duties Draft and negotiate engineering and construction contracts. Advise on commercial procurement for energy projects. Collaborate on project development for renewable energy initiatives. Provide legal support for infrastructure projects. Requirements 4-8 years of relevant legal experience. Proficiency in engineering and construction law. Experience with commercial procurement contracts. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
