Interventional Radiologist

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is seeking an Interventional Radiologist to join their practice in Brooksville and Spring Hill, FL. This full-time, 100% IR role offers a flexible schedule with no call, weekend, holiday, or night diagnostic coverage. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in interventional and diagnostic radiology to support two Joint Commission accredited acute care hospitals.

• Practice in Brooksville and Spring Hill, FL
• TGH North Brooksville is a 120-bed hospital and TGH North Spring Hill is a 124-bed Hospital
• Facilities are Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI and Joint Commission Certified Primary Stroke Center
• Team-based style of practice with experienced subspecialists
• State-of-the-art IT suite includes universal PACS, AI tools, and integrated doc-to-doc communication widgets
• Locally and democratically led practice

Compensation

• Excellent and highly competitive compensation package
• Internal moonlighting program with unmatched flexibility, allowing radiologists to moonlight from home as much or as little as they prefer, without having to commit to extra shifts
• The salary range for this position is $500,000-$1,000,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)/FULLTIME
• Monday - Friday work week in a 100% IR role
• No requirement for IR call, weekend shifts, holidays, or night diagnostic call coverage

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Residency trained in the practice of Interventional and Diagnostic Radiology
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology in Interventional Radiology
• Medical license or the ability to obtain a license in the state of FL
