JURISolutions Legal is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a New York City-based practice serving high-net-worth individuals and families. This role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer matters, including complex trust structures and domestic and international tax planning. The ideal candidate is proactive who can work independently, deliver exceptional client service, and thrives in a values-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and administer sophisticated estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts
\n
• Advise clients on probate, trust administration, and trust funding matters
\n
• Counsel individuals and families on estate, gift, and wealth transfer planning strategies
\n
• Manage domestic and international estate planning matters, including multi-jurisdictional issues
\n
• Conduct legal research and prepare high-quality legal documents
\n
• Independently manage matters and proactively advance client objectives
\n
• Deliver exceptional client service while collaborating with internal teams
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Admission to practice law in New York
\n
• 4-6+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience
\n
• Experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families
\n
• Strong understanding of estate and gift tax law and advanced planning strategies
\n
• International and multi-jurisdictional estate planning experience preferred
\n
• Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills
\n
• Proficiency with WealthCounsel, LEAP, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred

Location: New York City (full-time, onsite)

\n

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary + benefits
