Our Private Wealth Services practice serves real estate investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs with complex financial lives, which means estate planning here is deeply integrated with the transactions and ownership structures our clients are already navigating. Planning often involves GRATs, dynasty trusts, FLPs, and generation-skipping strategies tied to active deals, not form documents. Boutique autonomy — you will own files, not support them. Job Details 3+ years of trusts and estates experience at a law firm, with meaningful exposure to sophisticated planning techniques — GRATs, ILITs, FLPs, or equivalent (required) New York Bar admission (required) Strong drafting background: wills, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration Working knowledge of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax law J.D. from an accredited law school; LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a meaningful plus Interested in hearing more?
