Reviewing and purchasing loans from third-party lenders, the full-time Mortgage Loan Purchase Specialist will ensure compliance with bank and regulatory guidelines while communicating with various stakeholders to resolve documentation issues, all in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Receive and purchase loans, ensuring compliance with bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines Communicate with lenders and title companies to resolve outstanding documentation items Prepare and submit government loan files to HUD/VA for insurance/guaranty Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of relevant experience Thorough knowledge of loan processing, closing, and funding policies Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Proficient computer navigation skills using various software applications
