Contract Administrator

Our client is looking to hire a Contracts & Compliance Administrator to serve as a trusted advisor at the heart of the company’s aerospace and defense operations. This isn't a back-office checkbox role. You'll have a direct hand in how our client wins business, manages risk, and engages with government agencies, customers, and partners. What You’ll Do Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, subcontracts, and teaming agreements from proposal through closeout Keep us sharp across FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and export control requirements, and stay audit-ready at all times Translate complex contractual language into clear guidance for operations, finance, procurement, and government stakeholders Track performance and compliance metrics, and continuously improve how we manage the contract lifecycle What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field 2–5+ years of government contracting experience Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS, contract law, and regulated industry environments 2+ years of WRITING contracts for defense industry clients (REQUIRED) Bonus if you have ITAR experience, security clearance, ERP/contract systems, or CPCM certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
