Summary

Registered Nurse (RN) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Quincy. The RN is responsible for delivering and managing resident care using the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation). The role involves coordinating with healthcare teams, providing treatments/medications, educating patients, and ensuring quality outcomes in long-term care.

Requirements

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Minimum 1 year RN experience required
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to:
• • Use full nursing process (assessment through evaluation)
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and manage care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide patient and family education

Shift

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Shift length: 12-hour shifts
• Shift type: Nights
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Pay

• Hourly range: $48 – $68/hour
• Sign-on bonus: $7,500
