Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse clientele in the Houston area. Educate clients on various insurance products and explain policy details clearly. Guide clients through the application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to overall sales goals. Requirements Proven success in a sales environment, ideally within insurance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you genuinely enjoy connecting with people. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset; you're driven to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly. Comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
