Stay informed about Allstate products and industry best practices. Requirements Active Texas Property & Casualty License is a bonus Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine desire to help others and build lasting relationships. Self-motivated and organized with strong attention to detail.
