This is an ideal opportunity for a strong communicator with a talent for problem-solving who enjoys helping customers achieve their goals.This is a full-time position in our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Generate and manage financial reports for the sales teamPerform maintenance and administration tasks within SalesforceOrder marketing materials for advisors, prospective advisors, and sales teamExecute call campaigns to drive participation in conferences, webinars, and regional eventsPerform other related duties as assigned to support the team's goalsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong time management and organizational skillsAbility to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyStrong interpersonal and phone communication skillsProficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a business or finance fieldSales or customer service experienceCompensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $45,000-$50,000.This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for a comprehensive sales incentive package and competitive benefits.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.
