Complete clerical and reception duties in a welcoming fashion focused on meeting customer needs. RequiredExperience in a healthcare setting. PreferredSkills and AbilitiesKnowledge of Patient Rights, HIPAA and Medicare Secondary Payer guidelines. (Preferred proficiency)Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
