Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will support financial advisors and clients by managing client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions; resolve client inquiries and maintain strong relationships. Account Management: Learn and understand financial services industry concepts; conduct account openings, handle transfers, process transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes, including updating SOPs. Technology: Possess strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
