We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Care Therapy NY. As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy for children with Autism, we are committed to delivering high-quality care and creating a supportive environment for our clients and their families.
About the Role:
As an ABA Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our team's mission to empower children with Autism to reach their full potential. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals
• Conducting ABA Therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques to promote behavior change and skill acquisition
• Collaborating with clients' families and caregivers to ensure a comprehensive approach to treatment
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
Responsibilities:
• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism, ages [insert age range], in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community-based environments
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans, including assessing client behavior, setting goals, and selecting interventions
• Work closely with clients' families and caregivers to promote carryover of learned skills and behaviors
• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and therapy sessions
