Senior Vice President of IT

We are looking for an experienced Senior Vice President of IT to lead the technology strategy and infrastructure of an established organization with a significant national presence.

This role is for someone who understands how technology can improve operations, increase efficiency, solve business problems, and support growth.

We want a technology leader who can think strategically but is also comfortable getting involved, evaluating systems, managing vendors, solving problems, and making sure technology actually works for the people using it.

What You'll Do

• Lead the organization's overall technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems
\n
• Evaluate existing technology and identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation, and automation
\n
• Oversee business-critical platforms, applications, integrations, and technology vendors
\n
• Improve the reliability, security, and scalability of company systems
\n
• Work with senior leadership to identify technology solutions for operational and business needs
\n
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation
\n
• Manage relationships with software providers, developers, contractors, and other technology partners
\n
• Establish standards for cybersecurity, data protection, access control, backups, and business continuity
\n
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve productivity and reduce manual processes
\n
• Troubleshoot complex technology issues and ensure problems are resolved quickly
\n
• Develop a technology roadmap that supports the organization's continued growth
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Proven experience leading IT, technology, systems, or digital operations
\n
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, SaaS applications, integrations, APIs, databases, and modern business systems
\n
• Experience managing technology vendors, developers, and outside partners
\n
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and technology risk
\n
• Experience implementing and improving CRM, communications, workflow, and business automation systems
\n
• Familiarity with AI tools and practical business applications of artificial intelligence
\n
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
\n
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical executives and team members
\n
• Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on when necessary
\n
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable for results
\n
