Appointment Setter (Fully Remote)

• Engage new and existing prospects, converting interest into booked appointments for the sales team.
• Focus on warm opportunities from inbound leads and the company's existing CRM database.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new inbound leads quickly and maintain consistent follow-up through multiple channels.
• Re-engage previous leads and manage the CRM pipeline to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Conduct LinkedIn outbound prospecting when inbound and database activity allows.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, or inside sales.
• Strong phone presence, objection handling, and CRM management skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to new leads.
