IT Specialist (m/f/d) 1st Level Support

You are the single point of contact for all IT Incidents and service requests, ensuring that incoming tickets are properly qualified, promptly processed, or escalated to the 2nd/3rd level. You support users in the use of IT hardware and software to ensure workplace availability. You also ensure compliance with data security requirements in daily support.
