Client Credit Analyst

We are seeking a Client Credit Analyst to join our Headquarters team. This position is responsible for analyzing client creditworthiness and payment trends, supporting new client setup and integration, and partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate and complete client information. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to identify trends, evaluate risk, and make informed recommendations. This role also requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, branch locations, Billing, and Accounts Receivable teams. Key Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze client integration data to support new client setup. Review and evaluate client creditworthiness using Dun & Bradstreet reports, credit applications, and other available business information . Analyze new and existing client vendor payment trends. Assemble, organize, and summarize data to evaluate client creditworthiness and potential risk. Research and verify client addresses and determine the appropriate communication and invoicing contacts. Verify client information related to billing and collections. Partner with the Headquarters Billing and Accounts Receivable departments to verify invoice locations and client communication requirements. Work closely with branch locations to obtain missing or incomplete information needed during the client analysis and integration process. Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential concerns and communicate findings to the appropriate teams. Support accurate and efficient client setup and integration processes. Serve as a positive example to team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Assist with developing and strengthening team members' professional skills through knowledge sharing, training, and support. Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful operation of the company. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience . Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to understand and accurately apply basic mathematical concepts. Ability to analyze and evaluate data to determine appropriate courses of action. Ability to effectively and tactfully communicate with customers and internal employees. Proficiency with standard office equipment and computer applications. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
