Senior Sales ExecutiveBoston Dynamics has an opening for a Senior Sales Executive, focused on New Logo Expansion, within our Warehouse Robotics team. The Senior Sales Executive will have a small number of major accounts that are critical to the successful early growth of our warehouse robotics business. Boston Dynamics has an extraordinary and fast-growing technical team of engineers and scientists who seamlessly combine advanced analytical thinking with bold engineering.Day to day activities include:Manage relationships with large strategic customersEstablish long-term client relationshipsCommunicate with clients on a regular basis, respond to questions and resolve problemsIntroduce new developments, applications and products to the relevant audiencesDevelop a mapping and deep understanding of individual roles and responsibilities within the client organizationAssess the commercial potential of automation at a very detailed level within a customer's complete logistics networkEvaluate commercial and engineering aspects of customer requirements and implement sales and marketing strategies to satisfy those requirementsUnderstand the customer buying patterns, methods and preferred channelsEvaluate and report competitive pressuresMonitor project performanceContribute to sales proposals/estimates/quotes; deliver to customerMaintain and update sales forecastClosely monitor project timelines; alert stakeholders of changes and areas of concernCelebrate successes!Collaborate with the client and Boston Dynamics team to plan and deliver products and services with clarity as well as a very high level of customer satisfaction.Desired skills:Bachelor's Degree in business administration or engineering related fields or a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishmentsMinimum 8 years sales experience in the technology B2B environment.Warehouse logistics and/or automation experience preferredExperience forecasting multi-phase project workExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Develop sales presentations via either Microsoft and Google productsNegotiation skills with problem-solving attitudeExperience in crafting multi-dimensional customer frame agreementsTravelUp to 50% travel including internationalThe base pay range for this position is between $120,000.00 to $132,000.00 annually. Base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including, but not limited to internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience. This range represents a good faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting. Boston Dynamics offers a generous Benefits package including medical, dental vision, 401(k), paid time off and an annual bonus structure.
