End User Support Engineer - Leading Global Asset Manager - New York

Mondrian Alpha

My client, a leading global asset manager, is seeking an experienced End User Support Engineer to join their technology team in New York.

The successful candidate will join a small, global End User Support team providing 24x7 support across the business. This is a hands-on role supporting users in the NYC office while working closely with Systems, Cloud, Desktop Engineering, and Cyber Security teams on troubleshooting, system reliability, and technology projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a Microsoft-based end user support environment, with strong experience across Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/AD, Windows 10/11, DHCP, DNS, and Intune.

Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting a broad range of end user hardware and applications, as well as supporting desktop deployments, conference rooms, telephony, printers, and infrastructure projects . Experience with PowerShell and automation is also highly desirable, alongside a strong understanding of how infrastructure supports desktop and end user environments.
