As a Project Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH or Dallas, TX. The Project Manager III will support the Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) organization, specifically focusing on segments undergoing strategic change. This role will manage projects across lending, leasing, and other evolving business areas. The ideal candidate is adaptable and capable of supporting cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across assigned C&IB business segments.
• Partner with Business leaders and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives within lending, leasing, and other transformation areas.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive budget management as a core responsibility, ensuring financial discipline and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate resource allocation across teams, ensuring proper staffing and prioritization.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Clarizen, Jira) to track progress, manage tasks, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities to improve project execution and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in budget management and financial tracking.
• Working knowledge of tools such as: Jira Clarizen Oracle Fusion.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work cross functionally.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-changing environments.
• Experience in the banking industry, especially within Corporate & Institutional Banking preferred.
• Background supporting lending, leasing, or credit-related initiatives preferred.
• Exposure to AI-driven project tools or automation solutions preferred.
