Job Title: Senior Accountant
Our client, a national commercial real estate management firm, is seeking a Senior Accountant . This position is hybrid and based 3 out of 5 days per week at their office in Elmsford, New York .
Job Details
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage budgets and prepare variance analyses
- Prepare financial statements and coordinate audits
- Manage rental billing and collections
- Oversee tax escalations and account reconciliations
- Salary: $85-100k annually, based on experience
- Benefits: Excellent health insurance and generous PTO
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred major in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Public accounting experience is a major plus!
- Highly knowledgeable in GAAP and GAAS
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
