Join a respected legal services organization seeking an accomplished Labor & Employment Attorney to advise employers and manage sophisticated employment litigation matters. Responsibilities:

• Manage single-plaintiff and class action labor and employment litigation from inception through resolution.
• Advise clients on anti-discrimination and harassment matters, wage and hour issues, employee leave, and disability accommodations.
• Draft and review employment agreements, settlement agreements, workplace policies, and employee handbooks.
• Provide efficient, practical, and responsive direct client service across a broad range of employment matters.
• Independently manage significant and simultaneous responsibilities while collaborating effectively with multiple attorneys.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and sound legal judgment.
• Support practice group business development initiatives and contribute to client growth efforts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to help develop and sustain a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6 to 12 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
• Experience handling both single-plaintiff and class action employment litigation.
• Broad knowledge of employment advice and counseling, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leave, and disability accommodation matters.
• Experience drafting employment agreements, settlements, policies, and handbooks.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide direct client service and develop lasting client relationships.
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong client-service orientation.

• Experience providing traditional labor law advice.
• Experience with collective bargaining negotiations.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in business development.
• Experience supporting practice group marketing and client development initiatives.
