Office Assistant

As an Office Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting daily dealership operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. You will assist with administrative tasks, support the business office, and serve as backup for reception as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scan and organize documents into the company’s digital filing system
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
• Assist the business office with administrative and clerical tasks
• Provide coverage and support for Receptionist duties as needed
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient demeanor with customers and team members
• Learn department processes and internal procedures to better assist staff and customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements & Job Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a professional office setting preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Comfortable using computers and office equipment (scanners, phones, etc.)
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset and professional appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old (insurance requirements)
• Must pass background check and drug screen

Schedule:  Full-time, Monday–Friday
