Must Enjoy the Ride!Duties & Responsibilities:LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT:Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to become hospitality rockstarsLead with heart, setting expectations and conducting regular check-ins and reviewsManage scheduling to meet labor targets and business needsDrive accountability while celebrating wins and creating a space where people thriveBe a brand ambassador—living the Crooked Hammock values every dayOPERATIONS:Keep the ship tight: uphold SOPs, food quality, cleanliness, and service standardsCreate systems and improvements that boost efficiency and guest satisfactionOwn the guest experience: build regulars, touch tables, and resolve issues fastEnforce safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standardsEnsure the location shines inside and out—this is your house!FINANCIALS:Collaborate on budgets and forecastsAnalyze variances and take action to drive performanceManage purchasing and labor to meet COGS and profit goalsKeep financial and HR records clean, timely, and accurateMARKETING & COMMUNITY:Partner with the brand and marketing team to bring campaigns to life on-siteLead local engagement, events, and partnerships that get the neighborhood buzzingInspire the team to be involved and invested in our community presenceQualifications:5+ years in restaurant or brewpub leadershipBachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field preferredPassion for people, service, and building cultureProven track record in operations, labor management, and financialsExcellent communication, coaching, and organizational skillsStrong understanding of hospitality systems and safety practicesServSafe certified (or able to obtain)Must be flexible, professional, and ready to lead nights/weekendsAble to lift up to 55 lbs and move up to 170 lbs (it's a brewery, after all!)Proficiency in basic computer applications, word processing, spreadsheet, Google Docs, internet, POSFrequently walk and occasionally bend over, twist, kneel, climb, stoop and crouch.
