Business Transformation Consultant

Leading the execution of AI initiatives, the full-time SVP, AI Transformation will manage the delivery of programs from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with BGBx's strategy while working remotely within the United States. Key Responsibilities Own delivery of AI programs and initiatives, overseeing planning, execution, and outcomes across the enterprise Drive delivery through coordination of internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure timely and quality outcomes Contribute to the AI transformation strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on field-level observations Required Qualifications 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years leading complex programs or transformation initiatives 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams or leading cross-functional delivery groups Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred Demonstrated experience in delivering AI, data, or technology-enabled initiatives in complex organizations Strong working fluency in AI ecosystems and project management expertise
