CNC Machinist/ProgrammerSeeking an experienced and dependable CNC Lathe Machinist/Programmer to join a CNC manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machining operations, machine setup, programming support, quality inspections, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Interpret complex drawings, program sheets, and machining instructionsPerform a variety of turning operations while maintaining close tolerancesComplete machine setup and changeoversConduct inspection and gaging operations to ensure quality standards are metMeasure workpieces for specification conformanceClean machines, tooling, and finished partsOperate multiple machines simultaneously when requiredCollaborate effectively within a team environmentMaintain strong attendance and workplace reliabilityPerform additional assigned duties as neededExperience & Skills Required:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Conventional and/or CNC Lathe OperatorExperience with conversational lathe programming preferredExperience with CNC lathes and machining centers preferredMultiple-axis machining experience preferredMasterCAM programming experience preferredVericut programming experience preferredEducation Requirement:High school diploma or equivalent preferredSchedule:Day shift, Monday through Friday40–50 hours per weekOccasional Saturdays as requiredBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceProfit Sharing / Pension Plan401(k) Retirement PlanAnnual BonusPaid Time OffTuition ReimbursementClimate-Controlled FacilityAdditional Requirements:Pre-employment drug screening (excluding THC where permitted by law)Physical examination requiredCompensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
