We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Litigation Associate to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will represent healthcare organizations in a variety of legal matters, including malpractice, liability, and compliance with state and federal regulations. This position offers a collaborative and intellectually stimulating work environment that supports growth and values teamwork.Responsibilities:• Represent healthcare clients in litigation matters such as medical malpractice, corporate negligence, and general liability cases.• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.• Handle contractual and employment-related legal issues for healthcare organizations.• Conduct depositions, draft motions, and perform other litigation-related tasks.• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services in a team-oriented environment.• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.• Work onsite five days a week, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays after the initial ramp-up period.• Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.• Contribute to a positive workplace culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team goals.
