What You'll Need:

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Familiarity with IEP planning, documentation, and progress tracking

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
• Develop and monitor progress on IEP goals as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Provide training and recommendations to educators and support staff
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Promote successful participation in classroom and school activities for every student
