Senior Account Manager

Position Overview Senior Account Manager – responsible for building and nurturing senior‑level client relationships, analyzing campaign performance, and leading cross‑functional initiatives to deliver measurable ROI for Snap’s advertising products. Responsibilities Lead, manage, and proactively grow relationships with key clients and agency partners. Conduct product update discussions and educate brands/agencies on Snap’s products, advising on best practices for optimal performance and groundbreaking campaigns. Onboard new account managers and account specialists, ensuring they understand best practices and cross‑functional relationships. Partner with account executives and creative strategists throughout the RFP process to develop innovative, insight‑driven digital campaigns on Snapchat, delivering measurable ROI. Lead projects involving complex work streams, fostering internal and external cross‑functional collaboration. Dive deep into campaign performance data, guide KPI‑driven measurement strategies, identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend upsell opportunities. Increase adoption of Snap’s self‑service platform and auction‑based tools, providing technical support and real‑time analysis. Develop best‑in‑class case studies to support continuous test‑and‑learn within the category. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing datasets to deliver actionable insights. Strong data‑driven mindset with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics. Proven ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and all levels of management. Expert knowledge of media management in a biddable auction advertising environment. Adaptability and strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Minimum Qualifications BS/BA in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience turning complex data into performance stories that drive campaign success, or 5+ years working with clients to understand brand strategy and deliver data‑driven long‑term strategies. Experience in the digital media industry focused on performance and brand marketing, ad‑tech, programmatic real‑time bidding marketplaces, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Existing relationships with senior‑level client decision‑makers and brand marketers. Strong track record of meeting quota and obtaining positive client reviews. Passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of our ad products. Compensation and Pay Zones Base salary ranges: Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $107,000–$161,000 annually. Zone B: $102,000–$153,000 annually. Zone C: $91,000–$137,000 annually.
